You never have to miss out on vital information by simply subscribing and enjoy.
By following the steps suggested below, your emails will not be blocked or discarded to the junk mail folder. Your email client application will allow your emails through its filters and will be directed to your inbox.
Users of Outlook (2003/2007/2010) may add our email address to their Safe Senders list
Upon receipt of welcome email from us, do the following:
- In your inbox, click to open our welcome email or email newsletter.
- Locate the blue/grey top bar, click on it and click where it says 'Click here to download pictures ...'
- Then choose the options that says 'Add Sender to Safe Senders List’ '
Another ways is...
- Once our welcome email or email newsletter is in your inbox, right click on it or on the ‘Junk E-mail’ folder.
- From the menu, select "Junk E-mail"
- Select one or both of "Add Sender to Safe Senders List" or "Add Sender's Domain to Safe Senders List"
(This may also be utilised via Outlook Express and Windows Mail)
You may also...
- Click ‘Options’ on the the Tools menu.
- Click on ‘Junk E-mail’ on the Preferences tab.'
- Then click ‘Add’ that is found on the Safe Senders tab. '
- You may then include our email address in the 'Add address' then click ‘OK’.
For users of Hotmail, this is how you can add our email address to your Hotmail Safe Senders list s
Upon receipt of welcome email from us, do the following:
- In your inbox, simply open the welcome email or email newsletter from us.
- Then display the email with full images by selecting 'Show content'.
- Locate the 'Mark as Safe' then click on it.
Another option in doing it is...
- Have your mailbox opened and on the upper right hand corner you will find 'Options'. Click on it.
- Hover over 'More options' to find the sub heading, 'Junk e-mail' then click on 'Safe and blocked senders'
- Choose the 'Safe senders' then click on it.
- You may type our email address on the 'Sender or domain to mark as safe' or you may simply copy and paste.
- Then lastly, go to the 'Add to list' button and click on it.
Should the email we sent ends up in the 'Junk' folder
- Find the box that is next to the email then mark it with a check.
- A 'Not junk' option will appear, click on it.
For users of Yahoo, you may direct emails from us towards your inbox by setting up your Yahoo Message Filter. Here’s how:
- Have you mailbox opened and on the upper right hand corner, locate 'Options’, click on it and then click on 'Mail Options'.
- You will find 'Filters' on the menu on the left.
- The 'Create or Edit Filters' options will appear, click on it.
- Fill in the 'From header' with our email address so that Yahoo will be able to identify emails or newsletters coming from us.
- Then select the 'Choose Folder' by clicking on it to show the menu so you can select 'Inbox'.
- Then choose the 'Add Filter' by clicking on it.
Should our email is directed towards the 'Spam' folder
- Locate our email from your 'Spam' folder and open.
- Locate the 'Not Spam' button and click it.
- Our email will then be displayed in full in your inbox.
- Once our email is open in your inbox, continue to complete adding our email to your ‘Message Filter’ by doing the instructions given above.
For Gmail users, you may add our email address to your contact list by:
- After you have received the welcome email from us,
- In your inbox, open the welcome email or email newsletter that we sent.
- Above the mail, you will see 'Always display images from our email'. Click on it.
- You will be given an option to add our email address to your 'Contacts'.
- The left menu will have 'Contacts', click on it.
- Upon clicking, you will see a New Contact Icon by scrolling over the ‘New Contact’ image – click on it.
- You may now add our email address by simply copying it and pasting in the primary email address dialog box.
- Make sure to 'Save' the information by clicking on it.
If the email we sent you is in the ‘Spam’ folder…
- On any Gmail page locate the 'Spam' folder along the left side and click on it.
- Put a check mark on the box next to our email
- At the top of it, you will find a 'Not spam' button- click on it.
For AOL users, adding our email address in your Address Book is easy. s
Upon receipt of our email…
- Have it opened.
- Do a right click on the email we sent so you can select 'Add to Address Book'. Confirm the action by clicking the ‘Save’ button.
If our sent email lands in your 'Spam' folder…
- Click on the ‘Mail’ drop down menu located on the tool bar to be able to see ‘Spam folder’. Click on it.
- Highlight the email that came from us by clicking on it then choose the 'This is Not Spam' button- click on it.
- You may now add our email address to your address book that is in the Custom Sender List.
For users of Thunderbird, Mozilla or Netscape, here is how to add our email address in our Address Book.
After you have received a welcome email from us…
- Locate the name and email address of the sender next to the ‘From’. There are occasions that only the email address and not the name is shown. Click on it .
- The ‘Add to Address Book’ option will pop up, select by clicking.
- You may edit the information accordingly then just click OK to save the information.
Should the email we sent you end up in the 'Spam' folder…
The action needed is to simply right click on the email that we sent and select "Mark -> As Junk" then click on "As Not Junk" button.
