My Clients emails are seen as Spam - How can I white-list their domain?

If you find that some incoming emails are going to spam from legitimate email addresses, you can white-list their domain so they are delivered to your inbox.

PLEASE NOTE:  This is only recommended to be done for business domains only and NOT free domains like: gmail, hotmail or outlook etc. unless you use the FULL email address.

Login to your cPanel hosting account via here.

Go to Email/Mailscanner

Access white/blacklist

add domain like: *@clientdomain.com.au

and your done. The same can be done for BLACKLISTING also but be careful here as well.
