Some people are telling me that they are having issues sending me an email. They are getting an 'Undeliverable' error message. This is usually because they are having problems at there end.
Firstly, check that your mailbox is not full or 'Over Quota', if it is then you can either remove unwanted emails or increase your quota - see here on how to increase your Mailbox Quota.
All domains that are created on our servers are monitored VERY closely for spam to prevent any blacklisting of our IPs. None of our IPs are on any Realtime Black Lists or any other sort of spam lists so if there mail is not getting through it may be because it is being sent to the spam folder so check that first. Also ceck the following:
1. Check to ensure that you have DomainKeys enabled in your account. To enable DomainKeys go into your cPanel and go to Email Management->Email Authentication. You will see a setting for DomainKeys - make sure that it is enabled.
2. We also recommend you check that the SPF records are enabled. To do this go into your cPanel and go to Email Management->Email Authentication then make sure that it is enabled. If not - 'Enable' it. Also go to: Additional Ip blocks for your domains (IP4): then add the following IP address then save:
139.99.161.176
139.99.161.177
139.99.163.52
139.99.163.53
3. It could also be the content of their e-mail, even with all of the right settings, it may be marked as spam, their messages could still end up in the spam or bulk mail folders anyways.
4. You could run diagnostics on your domain at https://www.mxtoolbox.com/ This will check your mail server.
See here for additional information on 'Domain Key' and 'SPF records'.
They may need to check the above at their end as well - depending on which system they are using. Or check with they Hosting company to run diagnostics on their mail server.
If you are still having problems receiving emails - tell them to attach the 'bounced' or 'undeliverable' email to a new email and forward to: 'support at visualmarketing.com.au' replacing the 'at' with the correct symbol.
