My site is not live yet, why am I being asked to pay hosting fees?

Within the first few days of you signing and paying for us to commence your project, we provision your hosting account and set up your emails (if required) so we can commence the website creation phase that we host on a discreet temporary web address that only you and our staff can access.

This allows us to deploy the design and the content in parallel with your current site (if you have one) which dramatically decreases the time it takes to deploy your new website. As the website is hosted on our server from the date that you sign and pay the hosting commences from that date the agreement has been signed and paid.

This would have been communicated and explained to you upfront during the sales & consulting process and you have selected a plan recommended to you and agreed to the terms.
