At VMA we take our security seriously and have some pretty tight measures in place. Occasionally you might not be able to access your email or login to your domain - this is due to too many failed login attempts so your IP address gets banned.
You may be able to un-block your IP address via the following methods:
Login to your VMA billing account: https://www.visualmarketing.com.au/billing/clientarea.php
Navigate to SERVICES/MY SERVICES
Select your HOSTING service
From the sidepanel select FIREWALL then UNBLOCK IP
Enter your IP address in the field below and select CHECK IP address
If your IP address is blocked - select UNBLOCK IP ADDRESS
If the above fails then you will need to email your IP address to our support team here or call 1300 158 708 with the message: Please unblock my IP address + Your name & IP address.
