    During this time we will be performing emergency maintenance to our core network in order to resolve issues that have been identified during the network instabilities experienced today.

    Though we do not anticipate any prolonged customer impact, please be advised that brief outages may occur during the maintenance period as traffic converges over different paths.

Email Issue (Resolved)

  • THIS ISSUE HAS NOW BEEN RESOLVED

    As some are aware - we are experiencing issues sending emails to Microsoft inboxes specifically: Hotmail & Outlook

    This is due to an IP block on our IP range. While we have an very good reputation overall, others within the block do not, hence 65,000+ other IP addresses are affected.

    We have been informed that our IP range will be de-listed but this will take 24-48 hours. We apologise for the inconvenience as this has been out of our hands.

SSL Certificate Issue (Resolved)

  • We are currently experiencing some issues with our SSL certificate where you may notice a message when accessing your email account. 
    If you click CONTINUE you can still access and send emails.
    Our server support team are aware of this issue and are rectifing it now although it may take a few hours.
    We apologise for the inconvenience and will update you here once it is completed.
