We recently reset our support ticketing system after it stopped working, consequentially it resent all past support ticket auto responder emails to anyone who had submitted a ticket in the past. We sincerely apologise for this and any confusion it may have caused.
Our system is now fully operational and functioning as normal so please continue to use this method of communication as your first choice.
