This data capture/signup form allows you to capture more data than just name and email address than VMA-Emailer Pro. You can map any field to push to VMA Emailer including Phone number, state or any custom field. You can also have multiple incidents and push data to many lists which is great for landing pages etc. NO LONGER AVAILABLE.
