Over the last few weeks we have experienced website time-out issues from our existing hosting wholesale company and while you may not have noticed, it has caused some concern for us as it reflect on the ability for Visual Marketing to effectively host your business websites. 

Therefore we have made the decision to move to a dedicated server environment that will ensure the following:

  • Greater reliability 
  • Greater server control
  • Managed support
  • Higher resources & speeds
  • Greater flexibility

All you data is held in our secure data centre in Melbourne.

Recently, we relocated our email marketing system VMA EMAILER to this new system with an immediate improvement system wide. 

We plan to migrate all websites and associated services this weekend commencing on Friday 31st May 2013 at 6pm.
While the migration will be somewhat seamless - there maybe some timeout during the propagation process. Any mail not immediately delivered will be resent up to 3 times thus ensuring deliverability.

You should not have to adjust your email settings at all and while not essential, we do recommend you back up your email as a precautionary measure.

Once the migration is complete, you will be notified via email. 

For the record - your new IP address will be: 111.67.20.41 (this may only concern you if you require it for your networked printer/fax)
