Like any business these day, we are continually looking at improving the way we do things. 
A while ago we increased all hosting account capacity and in some cases doubled the capacity to allow for the ever growing email storage needs.
We have also introduced a brief survey for lost quotes to see where we can improve in winning more projects.

These improvement processes not only apply to the products and services we provide, but also the internal procedures and processes.
As of the 1st of April 2013 VMA has implemented several new billing procedures:
  • a 10% late fee on overdue accounts 
  • Debt Collection on accounts over 30 days
Like most businesses these days it is important to maintain our cash flow as we all have bills to pay and we are no different than the average business.  While most of our payment and subscription plans are paid in advance by automatic payments, for larger projects we often allow a payment plan for selected businesses but we have now found it necessary to implement the above procedures.
