A while ago we increased all hosting account capacity and in some cases doubled the capacity to allow for the ever growing email storage needs.
We have also introduced a brief survey for lost quotes to see where we can improve in winning more projects.
These improvement processes not only apply to the products and services we provide, but also the internal procedures and processes.
As of the 1st of April 2013 VMA has implemented several new billing procedures:
- a 10% late fee on overdue accounts
- Debt Collection on accounts over 30 days
If, by prior arrangement you need to defer a payment - then please contact us BEFORE the above procedures are implemented.
