Medeleq Pty Ltd was founded in 1980 with the main objective of supplying Medical Electronic Equipment to Hospitals and Allied Professionals in Australia. Medeleq offers over 15,000 product lines, dealing with B2B as well as direct to consumer. They were in need of an all-in-one management system to help them streamline their business operations. From sales and inventory management to finance and customer services management
Solution:
We performed a CRM needs analysis to map out their businesses processes and integrated Zoho CRM into their workflow. Concurrently we rebuilt their pre-existing website using WordPress software. WordPress software is continually being improved which allows Medeleq to continue to grow as technology advances. The WordPress software also had the capabilities to integrate all of Medeleq’s 15,000+ product lines from Zoho Inventory through a reliable WooCommerce plugin. We optimised the site for Search Engines with an onsite SEO technique which included keyword research, competitor analysis and implementation of meta data.

Leburn & Associates are high end real estate professionals, specialising in properties around Gold Coast suburbs, more specifically Runaway Bay, Surfers Paradise and Main Beach. Leburn was previously a home based business, she had no pre-existing website; only utilising real estate.com to list her properties. This resulted in a non-engaged audience, and low client traffic, and little to none property sales.
Solution:
Leburn & Associates required new branding elements including a new logo and website. VMA came up with a logo design to fit Leburn appropriately –utilising the company gold and black while maintaining sophistication and professionalism. We built a brand new website for Leburn with the intent to boost Leburns presence and visibility on search engines, with the aim of increasing website traffic. Different elements were added onto the back of the website, such as property listings and property reports, which differentiates Leburn’s website in comparison to other real estate sites, making it unique and educational experience for users.
Outcome:
The website was built to suit a real estate, including the integration of specific features such as property reports, open homes, a custom function was added, boosting online sales and enquiries. As a result of optimising the website for the search engines Leburn also saw an increase in new traffic to their website and an increase in brand awareness. Since Leburn’s new website has been live, our client has now moved into her very own office at Main beach and now employs staff.

Outcome:
The site was ready for the 1st revision within 3 weeks then live by the 4th week. It is quick to load and the client is ecstatic with the end results.

Positive Response Dog Training had received the Qld Govt. Digital Grant after getting a quote from a Melbourne based Web Design Company. The grant states that you have 3 months from the approval date to finalise the project and make all payments. After paying the company a 30% deposit, 2 months went by and still no word or action from the developer.
Solution:
The client contacted us and after going through some obvious due diligence we commenced the project plus got a 1 month extension. While this was a large custom development project, we were able to finalise the front end web development which enabled us to get a signoff for the grant while still working on the backend development as this was fairly complex and required more time.
Outcome:
Our new client has a fully customised web development site that enables them to streamline their business operation via automation and expand while adding more trainers.
